Attorney Jeremy Pichon is the founder and managing partner of Pichon Law Firm located in New Orleans, Louisiana. Jeremy Pichon is a highly experienced attorney who is well-respected in his field. He is the founder and managing partner of Pichon Law Firm, which is located in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Jeremy has dedicated his legal career to helping those who have been injured due to the negligence of others. He has successfully represented clients in many personal injury cases, including car accidents, truck accidents, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. Jeremy obtained his law degree from the Southern University Law Center and was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 2006. Since then, he has been a fierce advocate for his clients and has helped them obtain the compensation they deserve.
Mr. Pichon is a Louisiana native, having grown up in the small town of Slidell, where he played on the bayou’s banks as a child. At 14, Mr. Pichon began working as a laborer framing houses in the hot Louisiana sun. This laid the foundation for Mr. Pichon’s work ethic today. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University before attending law school at Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge. During law school, Mr. Pichon gained valuable experience as a law clerk at the Louisiana Attorney General's Office and as an intern, in addition to working for other law firms in the community.
After graduating from law school in 2008, Mr. Pichon began his legal career as an associate attorney at Alvendia, Kelly & Demarest, LLC. He immediately began working with trial teams handling high-profile class actions and complex civil jury trials resulting in hundreds of millions in recovery. His training, having been a part of hundreds of jury trials in less than six years, laid the foundation of Mr. Pichon’s skill set and ability to take on serious cases in any setting.
Mr. Pichon quickly distinguished himself as a skilled and dedicated attorney, and in 2009 he founded the Pichon Law Firm.Since then, Mr. Pichon has represented numerous clients in various personal injury cases, including car accidents, truck accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death cases, and product liability claims. JERMY J. PICHON MILITARY BIO

Mr. Pichon currently serves in the Louisiana Army National Guard Judge Advocate Corps. Mr. Pichon currently holds the rank of Major (promotable to Lt. Col) and serves as the Brigade Judge Advocate to the Commander of the 256th Infantry Brigade located in Lafayette, Louisiana. In this role, Major Pichon is responsible for providing legal advice and support to the brigade commander and other key leaders within the organization.
As the Brigade Judge Advocate, Major Pichon provides legal advice and support to the brigade commander on various issues, including administrative law, operational law, and military justice. He is responsible for ensuring that the brigade operates within the bounds of the law and that soldiers within the organization receive the legal support they need.Major Pichon began his military career as an enlisted soldier in the Louisiana Army National Guard before being commissioned as a First Lieutenant in the Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps in 2010. Since then, he has served in various leadership roles, including as a Trial Counsel, Operational Law Attorney, and Legal Assistance Attorney Regional Trial Defense Counsel.
Mr. Pichon’s Past Military Career
Jeremy Pichon is a distinguished United States Army Reserves veteran who has served his country with honor and distinction. He began his military career in 1999 when he enlisted as a financial specialist with the 469th Finance Group, a unit of the Army Reserves based in New Orleans, Louisiana.
In 2003, Mr. Pichon was deployed to Kuwait as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He served as a financial specialist responsible for managing limited depository accounts for the U.S. Army in the Middle East. He managed hundreds of millions of dollars in U.S. cash, Kuwaiti Dinar, and Qatar Riyals during his deployment.
Mr. Pichon's exceptional leadership and financial management skills were crucial to the success of his unit's mission, and he quickly earned a reputation as a skilled and dedicated soldier. He worked tirelessly to ensure that his unit's financial operations were efficient, effective, and compliant with all relevant regulations and policies.After his return from deployment, Mr. Pichon continued to serve in the Army Reserves until transferring to the U.S. Air Force Reserves. Throughout his military career, he has received numerous awards and commendations for his service, including the Army Commendation Medal, the Army Achievement Medal, and the National Defense Service Medal.
In 2004, Mr. Pichon transferred to the U.S. Air Force reserves, where he worked as a Financial Technician. During his six years in the Air Force, Mr. Pichon quickly rose through the ranks and distinguished himself as a highly skilled and dedicated member of the Air Force.
In 2010, Mr. Pichon continued his military career by commissioning as a Louisiana Army National Guard Judge Advocate Corps officer. He attended Officer Candidate School at the U.S. Army and then completed legal training at the Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School in Charlottesville, Virginia.
